Today is a very special and proud day for all of us. We have gathered here to celebrate Republic Day of India. On this great day, our country became a republic and got its own Constitution. I feel very proud and honored to stand here and anchor this wonderful program.
Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26th January. It reminds us of the values of freedom, equality, justice, and unity. Today, we remember the great leaders and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our nation.
Let us begin this program with respect, pride, and love for our country, India.

Importance of Republic Day
Republic Day is not just a holiday. It is a day of great national importance.
On 26th January 1950, the Constitution of India came into force. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and many great leaders worked very hard to make our Constitution. It gives us our rights and also teaches us our duties as citizens.
On this day, we should promise to follow the rules of our Constitution and become responsible citizens of India.
